Hi mama! Don't worry, a lot of us have experienced the same thing during pregnancy, our hearts just work harder to pump blood for baby, kaya mas mataas ang pulse rate talaga, especially in the second trimester. Since your thyroid levels are normal (which is really good!), it's most likely just your body adjusting to pregnancy, but I'd still suggest checking in with your OB about it to be sure, para ma-ease ang mind mo completely. A few of us mums just made sure we were staying hydrated, taking our vitamins, and resting more, at it helped manage the palpitations better. Hang in there, you're doing great!
