Working mums, How to take care of kid while at work? I am little afraid of entrusting him to some one else.

I guess as working mum we have no choice but to entrust our kid to someone whom we will feel at ease to look after. Luckily I've got my mil and will be hiring a helper to take care of my kid. I wouldn't feel safe entrusting my kid to just helper alone after seeing so many recent news on helper case. Maybe u can try checking w your parents or in laws to help in taking care of your kid while you are at work.
