Working mummies, who take care of your lo after maternity?

Infant care. All my babies go into ifc at 3 or 4th months. Will fall sick initially but I see independance, used to younger siblings, fun and having friends. Have grandparent or domestic helper to take care also have its set of problem. Depending which u set as priority
