Just wondering is it ok to use yu yee oil during pregnancy and is ice lemon tea or peach tea ok to drink? (Cause i heard black tea not good)

1 active toddler and baking 1 lil girl.

yu yee oil is okay but ice lemon tea has a lot of sugar. not so good for pregnancy.
