Hello.Wondering if it’s a must to sleep left as I find it so hard to sleep.Woke up with breastache and backache.I usually sleep face up, I’m week 15-16(:
My gynae says as long as we're not sleeping on our back! My baby dislikes it when I sleep on the left and will kick around, so I usually sleep on my right and will turn to the left occasionally 😊
