Sleeping posture

My gynae says as long as we're not sleeping on our back! My baby dislikes it when I sleep on the left and will kick around, so I usually sleep on my right and will turn to the left occasionally 😊

You can turn in your sleep:) you don’t have to stay in the same position all night. You can prop yourself up with more pillows when lying on your back

they said left better but any sides is ok. sleeping facing up can increase chances of stillbirth. do look up on it. :)

You can turn in your sleep as that was what I still did when I was pregnant too
