KKH Total bill and cash paid

Hey just wondering if any mums here gave birth at KKH and opt for A1 ward can share their experience and estimate cost breakdown. - must I switch from subsidised to private before I can opt for A1 ward? - or subsidised patient can also opt for A1? - whats the final cash paid after subsidy/medicated thankyou! :)
