Pain ☹️

Woke up at 2+am due to sore pain in my bones, last night before sleep felt pain in both my legs. Now my arms and back is feeling it too, I can’t sleep at all. Shortness of breathe too... it’s has been gg on since morning 6am. Feels like smth pressing my chest.

Hey, It might be because of the cold temperature because of the AC. Better would be to not the keep the room temperature very low and wear long sleeves so that your body is covered
