Will you still want to have another child when you are already in your 40s?

I think there are many factors to consider. For instance, there will be risks. Pregnancy after 40s is commonly associated with higher risks of miscarriage and birth defects. One has to be relatively healthy and fit. Also, there must be some planning on how to care for the newborn etc. When one is in her 60s, the child will able around (or approaching) 20s. That being said, at 40, one is probably wiser and probably more secure financially. In all, I think it will be dependent on whether or not circumstances allow, and how the rest of the family feels about it.
