stroller, carrier & start reading?

My wife is 12-week preggy and we are planning to head to the mummy market this weekend - prob the only one left before her EDD (Apr 20). Any recommendations on stroller (light), baby carrier and... books that I should read to the baby bump now? Many thanks!!!!
