Feeling devastated

Just wanna say there's company that hire pregnant lady. I heard and few and myself being one of them. Most important thing is have a open discussion make plan to the company how you will help in the transition period. Show your value to the company. It will be more difficult to find but job but it's not absolute No. Have faith and I believe you have a good reason on why you wanna find a job during pregnancy.

Hi, I’m from EC as well. It’s not hard to find a centre to join, esp if you are not too picky about locations. From experience, they may hire you but on contract basis until delivery, means you will not be covered for maternity leaves. You may then join back the company after confinement or so & sign a new employment.

Most employers will not employ a pregnant women. Probation training period is 3 months, after then shortly you will go for maternity leave which is 4 long months. Another hassle for employer to find a temp replacement till you come back from ML if you're a confirmed staff.

god forbid if anything happens to you when working . always think about safety n health first don't risk it . lots of jobs hiring people nowadays . just haveto complete all the covid vaccinations. I think ?

it depends on the job nature. my employer accepted me at job offer stage when I told them I was pregnant. then again, mine was an office bound job and wasn't dependent on me for operational work.

this is the poster I saw. Personally feel that maybe you can get a part time job for now as it has more flexibility and less commitment so work doesn't stress you out.
