It's cradle cap. Very common. Don't go and dig it out cos u can cause more damage to the skin. Just wipe after bath. It will go away overtime. If it doesn't u can also apply Virgin Coconut Oil and massage in and then you use a baby's comb and gently comb it. But do it right before bath and don't do so many times cos it gets uncomfortable when the oil is absorbed and dries out. Just do it moderately k. Cradle cap is common on the face especially near hair areas, especially the scalp
