Who smoke during 2nd trimester?? Im so stress that i think a cigg might help calm me down. So help.

for my #1 I smoked till 3rd month of my pregnancy and baby came out premature and low birth weight. so now for my #2 I immediately stop once I found out I got pregnant ! I understand how you feel. for me I use Vicks inhaler to help curb my smoking cravings !
