Almuranas After IE

Who experienced the same? Ako kc ngka almuranas after IE and its painfully bothering me. Help anyone pra mawala na po to, gusto ko sana mgwalking and do squats but hardly can't dhil msakit pwet ko and nkakabother gumalaw.
