Ay, mahirap sabihin talaga without seeing it closely, pero baka minor skin irritation lang from scratching or heat rash? One of my mum friends' baby had similar red spots kaya worried din siya, pero it turned out nagkascratches lang from nails, so we trimmed them short and it went away in a few days. Better check with your pedia though, especially kung may swelling pa or kung it looks infected, peace of mind lang talaga, kaya worth a quick visit or even just a message sa doctor!
