At which week of pregnancy do we start drinking coconut water? Also i heard to avoid thailand coconuts and get the the ones from malaysia?

Get young coconut it’s better cos very fresh. Can start during 8months of preg once a week. Week 36/37 of pregnancy onwards, twice / thrice a week
