For early pregnancy, If you're in the risk group; advanced aged maternity / chronic illness, immediately go for early pregnancy scan.
I had a brownish spotting and advanced age maternity, after did 2 times UPT, I directly went to clinic for confirmation.
For govt. clinic: early pregnancy scan for certain/ referral cases,
follow up scan: week 10, week 20, week 28/30 and...
For details scan; week 18 to 26.
