C sec or natural birth? Afraid of episiotomy but doctor advice on natural birth

Pain is really subjective to each individual. I just went through my 1st birth and currently healing from episiotomy. I hate that I have to be really careful whenever going to the toilet. The stitches are still there after 1 week & its feeling swollen 😮‍💨
