Your gynae will usually prescribe fish oil for consumption. The one I had was named Natal Care triplus i think. There are a few in the market so different gynae may use different brands.
Dhaxtra softgel fish oil is very good. Recommended by my Gynae, so far LO is growing up very well, turning 2 soon.
