Soup during pregnancy
Which soup is suitable and good for pregnancy? Easier to buy at coffeeshop or hawker centre. Currently 10 weeks pregnant.

i ate alot of ABC soup & lotus root soup as those are the safer and more common choices during my first trimester. Can also eat peppery bak kut teh but not the herbal ones.
