Soup during pregnancy

Which soup is suitable and good for pregnancy? Easier to buy at coffeeshop or hawker centre. Currently 10 weeks pregnant.

Actually most of the soups like ABC, old cucumber, lotus root etc are fine but just have to be careful of herbal soup or ginseng soup.
