TCM vs Jamu postnatal massage?
Which do you prefer and recommend for postnatal recovery? Anyone tried Madam Partum or Alltentic massage before..

I use Jamu massage coz i like that they wrap me up to get back my shape fast. :) the help to expel the wind in the tummy and also do the massages to relief aches.
