I use a regular Johnson & Johnson baby oil for massage. I like it that it's oily and doesn't tug at baby's skin. It may take a while to be absorbed and baby may remain oily for awhile but I like the gentle scent on it. My baby doesn't have sensitive skin so I'm not too particular. Some parents may prefer to use telon oil or eucalyptus oil as it can help to relieve tummy wind and aches as well as keep baby warm. I've tried a sample of Neal's Yard Baby Balm before and I really liked it. It's rich and the scent is also very mild and natural. The ingredients are organic as well. I didn't get it as it's a distance to travel to its store in Millenia Walk and quite pricey.
The safest oil to use for the sensitive skin of babies is pure Jojoba oil. It's the one oil which is closest to our skin's natural sebum and is appropriate for young and old. Jojoba oil also happens to be a natural fungicide. so another good alternative is fractionated coconut oil. This oil has some special characteristics that sets it apart from regular coconut oil. Be gentle with the strokes on a baby, and always massage towards the heart to avoid creating too much blood pressure out towards the extremeties

I love, love Biolane almond oil for my son's nightly massage and I believe he loves it too. He relaxes and spreads his arms out and starts blaberring non-stop if I'm done as if to tell me to carry on
thanks
