Which family planning method will you choose after delivered? I am considering pills, but some said it will gain our weights. Is that true?

im also thinking of taking pills.. but the doc said must be consistant.. if first day u eat at 10am, then every day for 2 years you must not forgot to take the pills at 10am. 🤨
