Am spectra s1 and it clears quite well for me. But different people are different, some spectra doesn’t help, though it’s hospital grade. So suggest you get a second hand one first to try out.
i use philips avent and love it. it’s super comfortable. i don’t know of anyone else who uses it though, but it works well for me
