maternity pad dun really works for me as I bleed quite abit.. so I use overnight pad, those sofy kind on 42cm works.. just that need to change like every few hrs.. end up when I only prepare 4 in my hospital bag, not enough, had to ask husband to bring 2 more on the day of discharge..
