Detail Scan VS 3D/4D/5D/6D Scan

Hi...which one is the best to do? What is the different between this scan? This is my first pregnancy and currently in 20weeks :)

Im prefer detail scan.. My 1st baby lmbt buat detail scan dlm 28w mcm tu & finding My 1st baby ada congenital heart defect.. Baby hidup 7 hari jer tp baby lahir ckup bulan 38w.. My 2nd baby sy dh buat detail scan awal2.. Smpai 3x buat detail scan.. 2x kat private skali kat hospital gov.. Alhamdulillah baby skrg dh masuk 5bulan
