I've been on two airlines based in the Philippines, PAL and Cebu Pacific, and I notice that the cabin crew on both are very kid-friendly and accommodating. Asian airlines tend to be friendlier and warmer compared to their Western counterparts, in my opinion. But if I had to choose, PAL seem to go an extra mile when it comes to requests, but I think it's because they are a bigger carrier and tend to have more amenities stocked on board. Their Junior Jetsetter kids kit (available on long haul flights) are adorable!
