Where/when did you purchase or where would you advice to watch for best priced spectra or medela electric breast pump? Looking for dual pumps. Thanks!

For spectra, I suggest getting from Qoo10 as it shipped directly from Korea. I got my new S1 for $120. Definitely a steal!
