Hi! It depends what activities relax and rejuvenate you. Some moms take their me time in the spa having a massage or in a salon getting their hair and nails done. It's also nice to see friends over a meal or read a good book in a coffee shop uninterrupted.
Me time can also be used to try that exercise class you've been hearing about, to go window shopping or even just to take a nice stroll somewhere quiet since quiet is something rare in any moms life!
Personally, I enjoy a good yoga class and a nice and unhurried meal after that. A trip to the book store to get a new book also always makes me feel recharged!
Whatever it is, it's important to take time to care for yourself so you can continue to care for your family too!
