how to survive..

Experienced that earlier in my pregnancy, it was so bad I couldn't even drink water cuz everything will immediately come back out. It was so bad I even wished I could be fed using tube hmm. After my doc visit they gave me a different antenatal multivitamin, I felt better. Also, I had to drink water with lemon slice so I won't feel nauseous as I still occasionally do, but I now have appetite to eat and can cook 😊
