how to survive..
When vomiting is so bad you even vomit out the nausea pills ? Almost 16 weeks.. How long more do I need to survive this...

I actually started noticing stuff that's making me nauseous. I avoid drinking my folic acid vitamins and just started relying on foods that are rich in folate. Then I even avoid eating fruits that are considered citrus cause they're really making me vomit almost everything that I've eaten. Try eating okra, tomatoes, Baguio beans and more and more vegetables. I've also started drinking lipton green tea with sterilised milk and two teaspoon of honey as my alternative to coffee. It's such my energy booster. Now i feel better more than ever than my previous pregnancy which wherein I lost my baby. But now, even I'm just in my 14 weeks of pregnancy I can already feel my baby.
