Same here. Sobrang hirap ung tipong gutom ka na pero everytime na kakain ka isusuka mo lng. Nakakahilo na 😭 minsan na aout of balance na ko feeling ko matutumba kaya humihiga ako. Kahit ano kainin ko hindi nya tinatanggap. Hindi ko na maintindihan ano gusto ng baby ko. Pero pinipilit ko kumain lalo na ng gulay kahit na isusuka ko dn. Minsan okay sya sa malamig na tubig minsan susuka. Minsan pag medyo mainit nakakakain ako minsan hindi nya tinatanggap sinusuka pa dn. Natatakot ako magpacheck up at quarantine baka mahawa lng ako. Delikado. Tnry ko na din ung nag chew ng ice nasuka pa dn ako. I tried uminom dn ng vitamins nasuka ko kasi hindi ko gusto ung amoy. 😭 Umiinom dn ako ng gatas pero minsan hindi ko gusto ung amoy nya o pag nasosobrahan ako sa liquid sinusuka ko dn. Namamayat na ko natatakot ako para sa baby ko. 😢
Sinunod kolang ung advice dto sa pregnancy guide about, heartburn and acid!., .im 15weeks preggy and have acid reflux. Every after meal take 2-3 hours before lie down..then kapag my mga foods n ngpapasuka sayo iwasan mo kainin kse yan ung ngpapaworst ng pagsusuka..hndi kse lahat tinatanggap ng tyan naten mas maselan ngayun dahil buntis tayo.. Kumaen kalang ng sapat wag sobrang dame, then pahinga..kpag gutom ka kumaen k ulit pero paonti onti lng para di mabigla ang tyan mo.. Wag mong bubusugin ang tyan mo sa tubig bago ka humiga kase babaliktad agad sikmura mo every after mo bumangon Pede kang research sa google regarding acid wjile pregnancy my mga guide don ..ano dapat gawin...nkatulong po sya saken..sana sa inyo din
I actually started noticing stuff that's making me nauseous. I avoid drinking my folic acid vitamins and just started relying on foods that are rich in folate. Then I even avoid eating fruits that are considered citrus cause they're really making me vomit almost everything that I've eaten. Try eating okra, tomatoes, Baguio beans and more and more vegetables. I've also started drinking lipton green tea with sterilised milk and two teaspoon of honey as my alternative to coffee. It's such my energy booster. Now i feel better more than ever than my previous pregnancy which wherein I lost my baby. But now, even I'm just in my 14 weeks of pregnancy I can already feel my baby.
Exactly 16 weeks today. .5 to 13 weeks grabeh din morning sickness q, ang hirap tlga maka adapt s physical and emotional changes esp. 1st time mom @34. .but even it's hard, i am enjoying it coz dis is an answered prayer. .14th week nabawasan ung nausea and vomiting q, i think malaki naitulong sa kin ng alkaline water, 15th week ung last vomit q kc d whole week distilled water ang ininom q. .i'll observe dis week if di n q magvovomit at madalas magduwal, back to alkaline ulit water aq. .kinakausap q din everyday c baby s tuan q, nkakatulong din sya. .Ofcourse prayer. .We will endure dis momshies in GOD's help, guidance and protection. .GODBLESS us all. .😊🙏☝️
Same po tau momshie, 16weeks preggy din po..medyo sumpong2x nlng ung pagsusuka q, madalas lng ung sikmura q ang nararamdaman q lalo na after kumain..ang hirap lng lalo sa gabi pa xa sinusumpong kinakausap q lng c baby then itutulog q nlng po ung nararamdaman qng pain pra mawala..
I had the same experience, akala ko d na matatapos,ilang beses ako umiiyak everytime susuka ko. i'm on my 16th week n din and mga 4 days na ko d nagsusuka, wherein dati araw araw, may times pa na twice in a day. Lilipas dn po yan. Pero ang nakatulong lang saken out of lahat ng sinubukan ko talaga is, ICE CANDY tska nattoothbrush aq lalo ung part ng dila pag narrmdaman ko n na may iba akong nlalasahan. Pag may kinaen kasi ko..parang may after taste na naiiwan until maging parang maasim sya, hanggang sa masusuka na ko. Tska maligamgan na water pala ang inumin. Umiwas ako aq s cold water. I hope makatulong din senyo ❤
Hi, medyo tumagal sayo umabot ng 16 weeks. Tumigil sakin on my 14th week. May nausea parin ako nararamdaman pero bihira nalang. Pag after mo magsuka inom ka agad ng water para mawala yong pangit na lasa. Kung gutom ka after mo magsuka kain ka skyflakes kasi medyo salty yon at konting tubig lang inumin mo. Meron at meron naman maiiwan sa tiyan mo kahit konti kung maisuka mo. Huwag kalimotan mag pray kay Lord at kausapin lage si baby. Makinig ka rin ng gustong gusto mong music. Hayaan mo lilipas din yan. Malay mo sa 17th week mo wala na yan. Trust God!
My intense vomiting kinda decreased when i was halfway through my 2nd trimester (around 16/17 weeks). Still vomits occasionally and I'm in my 34th weeks (3rd tri) now. My doctors did tell me before if you are still vomiting between 16-18 weeks, you might be one of those mummies who will most likely vomit throughout the pregnancy (my mom is one of them). Then you'd have to be extra careful of dehydration as there are tendencies those type of mummies to faint easily and has to make a trip down the hospital for an IV Drip. Consult you doctor again. Omg. I'm on my 16th week also, now. Nung almost 16 weeks palang tummy ko, nagsususuka ako. Nahihilo. Sakit na nga lalamunan ko kakasuka. Kaya takot ako that time kumain eh. Kunti lang masyado kinakain ko pero nasusuka parin ako. Akala ko sa 1st trimester lang yung pagsusuka pero bumalik hoho. At my 1st month lang kasi ako nafeel na nausea at nasuka. Pero bumalik this week. Then today nahihilo na naman ako feeling ko masusuka na naman ako. Eh panget din kasi kunti lang kainin ko gutom pako niyan pag niliitan ko lang ang akin. Hoho.
Same here! Im 16w now and have hyperemesis. been hospitalized in my 11w due to severe vomiting. Gladly it lessen after 12w but every now and then meron pa rin vomitting.. gulay at isda lang pwede ko makain kasi parang na ieww ako sa other meats like pork and chicken 😅 lost 13kgs bec of this hehe.. sometimes nga feel ko na my blood ung sinusuka ko 😣 parang irritated na ata ung lalamonan ko kakasuka ... Just pray and stay away from foods / smell na nakakatrigger.. kakayanin natin to mamsh! 😊
😂😂 it’s normal , I’m already 30 weeks and still vomiting. And tbh , nausea pills don’t even help . I survive my 1st trimester with just tiger balm and sour sweets . 2nd trimester less vomiting but still morning sickness. Tiger balm and just drink some water , rest . 3rd trimester still vomiting, nausea , light headed & all of this is normal . Different people go through different journey of pregnancy . Just be strong ! 👍🏼😁
