pillow usage

when do you all start to use pillow for baby after 1 month? or how to ensure baby head not having flat head? my LO currently 1 and half month old. TIA#pleasehelp

I started using flathead pillows since birth and ‘soh-ing’ the bb’s head daily. But there will always be someone with her so I didn’t have to bother that she suffocates herself or anything. When she starts flipping, I removed all the pillow (she don’t like the pillow as well).
