it depends on whether it’s natural birth or C-section. The best is to check with your doctor on the recovery of your wound and if it’s advisable to start the massage and binding.
Usually a day or so after you have returned home from the hospital...the longer you wait more wind starts to accumulate in your body
Yes. I did a day after i discharge. The lady advice me to do ASAP. She say don't do too late if not the effect wont be that good.
For first time mom its best u adapt to ur situation with little ones first the massage can be after a week.
I think better would be to start after a week as your body would still be healing and recovering
I started 1 week after delivery and for the next 10 days massage and bind continuously.
I started jamu massage and thr binding on the 4th day after delivery.
If normal delivery can start asap. I start right after giving birth.
After a week from delivery as your veins are still soft and fragile.
Once discharged from hospital. It heals faster for me
