When can you start feeling baby movement? How can you know if its the baby and not just random feeling in the stomach?

About 20 weeks? It started off with light butterfly feelings, like gas popping... But after awhile, you’ll know when it’s baby’s movement.. it will also be a wave of movement when baby gets cramp in our belly hehe.
