    It's normal to feel unsure if you're making enough milk. However, if your lo is gaining weight well, you probably don't need to be worried about your milk supply. You can try adding lactation-boosting foods to your diet like oats, eat plenty of vegetables like carrots, yams and dark leafy greens.
