Egg release

It should be egg white consistency means youre ovulating, means egg is released. However, based on experience of tracking ovulation using ovulation strips and test, sometimes when you get the egg white discharge, doesnt always mean youre ovulating that day. I had egg white discharge for few days but was not ovulating yet. Best to use ovulating strip
