When is the right time to add salt and sugar to our babies' food? And if we can already, is there a specific quantity per dish/day?

Don't spoil her taste bud with salt or sugar. Try other food types. Cook porridge with pork n pumpkin but take away the pork before serving. The sweetness of the pork gets into the porridge plus the pumpkin too. I would only intro after age 2 - both salt and soya sauce

I read that you shouldn't give babies salt or sugar till they are well past 1 year old. Apparent their systems are not equipped to deal with salts and sugars properly just yet, especially salt -- they can be quite detrimental to the kidneys.

i wouldnt add any salt and sugar into their food until 2 yrs old. no sweets and junk food as well.

Salt and sugar shouldn't be introduced before the child turns one.
