When do pregnancy need to take bird nest, if yes what kind? Bottle or pieces? How many time a week?

not scientific proven that bird nest helps but i took once a week, pieces type cos MIL bought despite telling her not to

2md tri onwards can start taking. 1 piece a week. Don't over take baby will have phlegm
