I had the same issue and was almost 6 weeks pregnant. Doc checked to see if there is any bleeding or if the cervix is open. Then she gave me duphaston to support the pregnancy. The bleeding seemed to have stopped after a day, fingers crossed

if u are worried, do call the gynae/clinic and see if they suggest that u go down earlier!
