Does kkh still give out the free goodie bag?

When I gave birth to my 1st baby last year, they gave me a bunch of info brochures before I was discharged. One of the brochure was to scan the qr code for the bag . When I gave birth to my 2nd baby last month, I was surprised they didn't pass me any brochures before I went home. Just wondering if KK stopped giving them out for free
