Positive pregnancy

When i check using the pregnancy kit, it stated there that i am pregnant 1-2weeks. But when i did my urine test recently at the clinic, it says negative. And i do still feel the symptoms though. What do you guys think? Im just worried.

Do blood test. They say clearblue is 99% accurate but im the 1%. It states pregnant 1-2 weeks altho all other kits say neg. Went to clinic scan shows nothing, and blood test shows not preggy. Till now few months later, not preggy
