Switching from kkh sub to private

When is a good time to switch from kkh sub to private? Some gynae dont accept new patient in late 2nd tri, so wondering when is a good time. Before 20wk detailed scan? Or switch after is ok?

Not sure of kkh has an antenatal package. NUH has one from wk20 onwards with the detailed scan included so it’ll be good to switch then.
