Ganyan ako dati 1 to 2 weeks after giving birth. Yung mapapahagulhol ka nalang habang nakaupo ako sa toilet bowl. Minsan habang nag sashower sinasabay sa pag buhos ng tubig ang iyak. 😭😭😭
