1 year old communications

my girl at 18 mths check up, doc refer her to hospital for speech delay.. but i dont think my girl needs help ... buy i just went on with the referral... and actually they found no issues... just that she is a little shy with strangers and wont speak up... aft a few theraphy sessions, it actually spurs her to talk more... and to date, she is already putting 2-3 words together...

same here mommy .. mine can understand us what we said to her and we understand her by her body language and mumbling also .. although we talk to her normally .. i think its fine anyway, soon our LOs will be talkative soon

mine 22 month only speak a few word but not very clear. understand everything sometimes will say word you never hear before. I guess it normal

my younger child only started after 3.5yo but late to start doesnt mean anything in his case coz he is super talkative now 😅
