When does baby bump show up for 2nd preg? Im 7 weeks but I have a bump? Is that baby or just bloated

I was super excited to see a bump too around week 6/7 but doc says it's just bloat/gas cos uterus is same size. starts expanding only week 11 onwards so any bumps will show from then!
