When did you cut your newborn's hair at the first time?

In my culture, generally a newborn's hair is cut after the first month. There is a whole ceremony and party after, to commemorate baby's first haircut. I know plenty of parents who choose not to cut their newborn's hair. It's really up to your personal preferences and traditions, if any :)
