Thoughts in weightloss

What are your thoughts on husband that demands you to watch your diet or ask you to exercise? You're on your 2nd month postpartum, breastfeeding hunger. Mention about your overhang tummy which i googled its normal for csection mama's ? Do you feel demotivated in a sense or its a boost for you to lose weight?

As a new mom recovering from a C-section, I can totally relate. I’m only 2 months postpartum and still trying to adjust — between healing, breastfeeding, and sleepless nights, my body feels like it’s been through a lot. I have the overhang tummy too, and after some research, I’ve learned it’s completely normal. Honestly, if my husband pressured me to diet or exercise right now, it would feel discouraging. Support and patience mean so much more during this stage. I'm focusing on healing first — the rest can come later.
