Thoughts in weightloss

What are your thoughts on husband that demands you to watch your diet or ask you to exercise? You're on your 2nd month postpartum, breastfeeding hunger. Mention about your overhang tummy which i googled its normal for csection mama's ? Do you feel demotivated in a sense or its a boost for you to lose weight?

be kind to yourself. u just give birth. every woman heals differently..men don't understand. tell him to support you and keep nasty comment to himself. Prioritize you and baby wellbeing first. and u doing the best by giving your baby breastmilk. nothing beat that wholesomeness of human milk. don't rush to bounce back. enjoy giving that little one the best u can. be healthy for u and that little one. I'm in my 9 mths breastfeeding, and I can understand that hunger pangs. but I won't stop eating healthy and extra to produce the best milk, and that bond while feeding my baby- priceless. that tummy hanging is your battle scar. I have all my kiddos thro czer.. and I still have that bit of tummy hanging. 7 layers of your tummy cut to bring that joy out to the world, and all he cares about is your aesthetic appearance? I only started walking 30 mins ard the neighbourhood after my 6 mths. the inner wound needs to recover properly and just be comfortable with urself.. self love is LOVE
